Sharing kitchens is nothing new to Scoopy. We started with sharing half a kitchen with a Malaysian food stall, then with a burger store (Kung Fu Burger) at HWKR. At Brick Lane we are accustomed to sharing with the smell of poached eggs and toasted buns. As our business grew in Brick Lane, we sought to find more kitchen space to alleviate our prep work that was being done in tiny pockets of Brick Lane space.

In comes Cooking Space, they are a commercial kitchen renter, a place to set up a kitchen workspace in a matter of days. Here at their West Footscray location, we carved ourselves a permanent kitchen that we could at any time of day. From prep work to trialling new creations, this new kitchen was to be our own little Wonka factory.

With our new kitchen, came the opportunity to open to the west side with a delivery hub in West Footscray.
