First there were two then there were four!

After the successful run with our initial concept pop-up for 3 weeks. We were moving into a bigger space and we thought that adding two more flavours would really give our customers something else to try and hopefully entice more customers to come try what we had to offer!

We introduced Milky Brew and Dusky Dream to the party. Made with Vietnamese Iced Coffee and Mork Chocolate, the pair were a definitely more mature and bolder combination of flavours.

The Milky Brew is made with Trung Nguyen coffee so you know its legit! We paired it with coconut jelly and milk mochi for some chewiness, chocolate honeycomb and crushed honey almonds for a bit of sweetness to balance out the bitter.

The Dusky Dream was made with Mork chocolate off a recommendation of a sweet tooth connoisseur (Thanks Rita) and the Junior Dark chocolate is rich, not very sweet but everything you'd want in a chocolate flavour. When you drizzle condensed milk over the top, the sweetness and creaminess elevates the chocolate even further! An absolute delight for those chocolate lovers.

It was very well received and they're still on our menu to this day! A perfect treat for those who want dessert but don't want anything too sweet.
